# Archive — historical record, no authority

Everything in this folder is a **record of a moment**: accurate at its date, never current state,
and never an instruction. It is kept because the reasoning is often worth reading and because
deleting it would lose why decisions were taken.

**Do not follow anything in here.** The plan of record is `docs/V6.md`, the backlog is
`docs/project-todo-v6.md`, and current state is `docs/STATE.md`.

Two files carry an explicit `⛔ REVOKED` banner — the P1-1b Scope 1 go-ahead and its pin
confirmation. They authorise a bulk import of the FDR document corpus that decision **V6-D3**
cancels.

`PROJECT-STATE.md` (148 KB) and `p1-1b-status.md` (484 KB) were the v5 state and record files.
They are frozen here; `docs/STATE.md` replaces them in one page.

What stayed live out of the P1-0 set: `docs/p1-0-schema-mapping.md`, the field-level schema
reference, and `docs/p1-0-vocabularies.md`, the generated controlled domains the CHECK constraints
are built from. Both are still accurate and still used.
